DOT-Pudding Street

The interchange at Pudding Street did not take 20 years to develop.  The project was announced, I guess for the second time, while Carmelo was Supe.  The state fell on tough financial times, and pushed the project back.  The community renewed their interest in the project, and then state senator Terry Gipson moved it forward with the engineering phase.  The DOT explained the constraints on the project in their information meeting with Senator Gipson.  That is available on the town website.
