Code Enforcement Officer

A Code Enforcement Officer is appointed for a term of 6 years.  The Supervisor of the Town and the Town Board do not have authority over the Code Enforcement Officer.  The Supervisor and the Town Board cannot limit the power of the Code Enforcement Officer when he enters your premises.

Why is there such a push to invade residents’ privacy, and to treat all of us as criminals when we haven’t done anything wrong?
