Oil Trucks

My recollection is that Fowler Fuel is in a residential zone. I thought that when a business was discontinued, the long standing Perosky Office Supplies,
that non-conforming use was discontinued. Now there are trucks parked overnight at the site – oil trucks. And I thought that they were prohibited in Putnam Valley. Seems to me that when the tank removal business on Morrissey had an oil truck parked there, and residents complained, it was said that the truck was delivering oil, and it was acknowledged that oil trucks could not be parked overnight in Putnam Valley.

Sometimes it is hard to figure out what the rules are in Putnam Valley, even if you can read the code. Is this Bob-O’s incentive zoning? You can do what you want if you give the right incentive to someone?

Maybe they are delivering oil all night.

Just wondering.
